Drawing upon our experience in conducting over 20,000 investigations in nearly all practice areas, we work closely with attorney clients to assist in preparing and managing our investigations. Most clients involve us with their matters from inception and rely on our ongoing support throughout the evolution of the case. Alternatively, we have the ability and resources to accomplish critical projects within tight time constraints. Our involvement includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Conducting new case evaluation, including assessing the viability of pursuing litigation;
- Researching opposing parties, including financial standing and credibility;
- Developing evidence and confirming discovery information;
- Locating, interviewing, and assessing the trustworthiness of witnesses and other individuals and entities, including thorough full-field background investigations;
- Establishing positive relationships and rapport with witnesses and others, and securing irrefutable statements and testimony;
- Contacting and obtaining cooperation from “hostile” witnesses;
- Executing difficult service of process;
- Conducting asset investigations;
- Providing complete field investigative services, including court records research and document retrieval, surveillance, scene investigation and photography, and canvassing areas to locate previously unknown witnesses;
- Evaluating expert witnesses’ credentials and credibility, and securing previous testimony, publications and other evidence for impeachment;
- Preparing witnesses and parties for depositions and trial testimony;
- Handling logistics and travel for witnesses, ensuring deposition and trial appearances;
- Profiling and pre-trial investigation of potential jurors through ethical and non-intrusive means;
