Billing & Fees

We charge for our hourly rates plus the reimbursement of expenses, including mileage and travel expenses. Our range of hourly rates reflects each investigator's position, experience, and relative client demand.

Clients come to us for results that win cases, not because we offer the cheapest rates or discount services. Still, we are committed to efficiency and being good stewards of the resources that have been entrusted to us. We never exceed established budgets without client authorization.

Prior to accepting any assignment, we discuss in detail our client's goals and expectations to be certain that our efforts will be successful and cost effective. We are very passionate about only providing services that will be successful; we reluctantly decline cases that do not have a reasonable likelihood of meeting our client's needs.

Upon request, we will gladly provide our rate and fee schedule to attorneys or law firms.
